About Minaxi Textiles Ltd

Established in 1995, Minaxi Textiles is a joint stock company incorporating the business of the partnership firm it succeeded. To increase capacity, the business imported high-speed shuttless projectile Sulzer weaving looms from the US and Germany. In the same year, a public issue of 381,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each was made, aggregating to Rs 381 lakh. As of March 2002, the installed capacity of Grey Cloth is 3,372,000 meters. With the expansion of its weaving facilities, Minaxi Textiles is well-positioned for progress.
