About Manbro Industries Ltd

Unimode Overseas Limited was incorporated in 1992 as a Public Limited Company with its aim to promote export of Leather Garments. The company set up pre and post-fabrication facilities at Tuglakabad in New Delhi. The fabrication process is outsourced to other agencies. The company is in the process of setting up a 100% EOU project to manufacture Leather Garments by tapping into new markets like France, Switzerland and other European countries. However, it faced a total loss of Rs. 1.55 crores for the year ending 1996, attributed to sharp increase in finished leather prices, Govt. of India’s policy changes regarding export of finished leather, and global leather product recession.
