About Krishna Defence & Allied Industries Ltd

Krishna Defence and Allied Industries Limited (KDAIL) is a Public Company led by Mr Ankur Ashwin Shah providing diversified business of manufacturing defence application, dairy equipment and kitchen equipment products. Founded as a Partnership Firm in 1997 under the name M/s Krishna Industries, the firm was taken over by Shah, and was registered in 2013, followed by the conversion to Private Company in 2013 and afterwards Public Company in 2021. KDAIL's RD capabilities include product design, engineering, simulation prototyping, and testing. The company has two manufacturing facilities in Gujarat, accredited with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and its products include stainless steel milk cans, milking machines, food containers, improved space heating devices and more. KDAIL's know-how and rights have enabled it to manufacture products for the Indian Armed Forces, in addition to acquiring patents for inventions in the dairy industry. With notable achievements such as Appreciation Certificate from DMRL Hyderabad in 2008 and INDIA SME 100 Awards in 2018, KDAIL has also ventured into Homeland Security Products, with transfer of technology from Pune and developmental order supply from Indian Navy in 2021.
