About Kiri Industries Ltd

Kiri Dyes Chemicals Limited (KDCL) is an Indian company located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, engaged in the production and sale of dyes, dye intermediates, and basic chemicals. Founded in 1998 by Promoters Praveen A. Kiri and Manishkumar P. Kiri, the company produces 120 dyestuffs for use in textiles, leather, paint, and printing industry, with a capacity of 10,800MT per annum. By 2001, KDCL had been awarded with the Outstanding Export Performance Trophy by Gujarat Dyestuffs Manufactures Association for direct exports of self-manufactured dyes and dye intermediates worth more than Rs. 600 lakhs, and Environmental Clearance Certificate from Ministry of Environment and Forest in 2005. In 2009, a Joint Venture – Loosen Kiri Chemical Industries Ltd – with a Chinese company brought in a 36,000MTPA plant for reactive dyes, in Gujarat. In 2018-19, the company raised Rs 31.34 crore through Qualified Institutional Placement, and an increase to Rs 51.83 crore through conversion of foreign currency convertible bonds in 2021-22. KDCL is now a two-star export house, with government recognition as a Trading House and ISO 9001:2000 certificate, committed to protecting the environment.
