Khandwala Securities Limited was established in February 1993. It is a corporate house, offering Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory Services, Institutional Broking, Private Client Broking and Investment Advisory services. The company is divided in four segments. The company was accredited by SEBI as a Category I Merchant Banker in 1993 and offers a range of diversified financial services with focus on Investment Banking and Investment Advisory services.The company is currently in the process of consolidating its operations under one entity in order to achieve global standards. The company had one associate Company as of March 2016 - Trumonee Financial Limited.
