About Jaykay Enterprises Ltd

JK Synthetics is a Kanpur-based company established in 1973, specializing in the production of synthetic yarns, fibres, fabrics, portland and white cement, chemicals, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, synthetic fiber-making machinery, computer software and facsimile systems. The company has also made a foray into renewable energy sources, and since 1995, holds the status of an Export House. In addition, JK Synthetics has a tie-up with MOCO US, and was granted a capacity of 7.50000 MT p.a. for its Mangrol Grey Cement plant in December 2001. Subsequently, during 2004, the company demerged its cement business to form JK Cement Ltd, with shareholders of JK Synthetics entitled to receive one equity share of Rs. 10 each for every 10 equity shares held.
