About Helpage Finlease Ltd

Helpage Finlease Limited is a Non-Deposit taking NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India. In May 2015, the company has allotted 2,880,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Promoters and Strategic Investors, granted approval from Delhi Stock Exchange for trading on October 01, 2015. The forthcoming listing of equity shares at Bombay Stock Exchange was given permission on June 05, 2015. The board of directors proposed to raise additional capital of 6,730,000 equity shares by way of Preferential allotment with SEBI and after allotment the board of directors approved and issued the same in March 2018. With the rise in asset size more than Rs. 100 crores, Helpage Finlease Limited has been providing effective services to unbanked customers including retail asset-backed lending, lending against securities, and micro finance.
