About Healthy Life Agritec Ltd

Healthy Life Agritec Limited was established in November 2019 and converted to a public limited company in March 2022. The company operates in the states of Maharashtra and Karnataka, trading raw milk, live poultry and fresh meat products. They coordinate milk procurement from farmers and supply it to wholesalers, and also procure poultry from poultry growers to sell to wholesalers. In FY 2020, the business started as trading and in FY 2021, M/s Cronosglobal Investments Holdings Private Limited became the holding company. Lastly, in FY 2022, the company acquired 2 subsidiary companies and raised funds successfully through an Initial Public Offer (IPO) and is now listed on the share market.
