About Grameva Limited

Bangalore Fort Farms Limited (BFFL) is a public limited company incorporated in 24 October 1966 and is focused on Jute and agro trading and related products. 2018 saw an increase in the paid-up share capital from Rs. 26050000 to Rs. 47994000 due to a Preferential Issue of 2194400 Equity shares of Rs.10 each as approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. The proceedings of the issue were used for the expansion of the company’s business, amidst the process of shifting the registered office from Karnataka to West Bengal. In 2019 a manufacturing export oriented unit was set up at Falta Special Economic Zone, achieving satisfactory growth in sales through better utilisation of the installed capacity.
