About Fratelli Vineyards Ltd

Tinna Trade Limited is a public limited company that was established in Jan 2009, and was formerly known as Maple Newgen Trade Private Limited. After Viterra Inc of Canada acquired 60% stake in 2009, the company was renamed as Tinna Viterra Trade Private Limited. In 2013, Viterra Inc was acquired by Glencore PLC, Viterra exited the joint venture and their 60% shareholding was acquired by Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited in May 2013. The name of company changed to Tinna Trade Private Limited and before converting it into a public limited company, the name was changed to Tinna Trade Limited in 2015. The company is engaged in trading agrocommodities like wheat, yellow peas, green peas, chick peas, kaspa peas, toor chana, lentils, oil seeds and oilmeals etc. In 2012, the company was awarded the second fastest growing midsized company in India by INC. 500, which led it to becoming the Partner Of Choice for leading international and domestic agri trading and processing companies. Additionally, the company also diversified into non-agri commodities like steel, abrasives and chemicals. In 2021, it sold all of its investments from one of its subsidiaries, B.G.K. Infrastructure Developers Private Limited, leading to it ceasing to be a subsidiary of Tinna Trade Limited.
