About Exxaro Tiles Ltd

Ricasil Ceramic Industries Private Limited was incorporated on 02 January 2008 to manufacture and market vitrified tiles for flooring solutions. It’s name was changed to Exxaro Tiles Private Limited on 12 February 2018. The company converted to a public limited company in December 2020 and released an IPO of 13424000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for Rs 161.09 crore in August 2021. The allotted shares were listed simultaneously on BSE and NSE. Previously the company had allotted 657943 equity shares on rights basis and taken a loan of Rs 4 crore for the expansion of their business.
