About Evexia Lifecare Ltd

Kavit Industries Ltd, incorporated in November 1990 as Jal Hi Power Petrochem Ltd, is a listed company dealing with the production and trading of edible oils, agricultural products and chemicals. Its state-of-the-art processing plant is present at Tundav Village, Gujarat, and is capable of processing crude oil and hydrocarbons into various products for use in rubber, leather, ink, paint and other industries. These products include ERL 15W40 APICF4 APL20W40 APICF ECY 4T OIL APISL ECY 2T APITC ERL GEAR EP90 GL4 ERL GEAR EP140 GL4 among others, applicable for cars, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, commercial and heavy-duty vehicles, tractors and MUVs. In 2016, the Company had its first subsidiary, Kavit Green Energy Private Ltd. In 2017, the Company changed its name to Kavit Industries Limited. It also established 4 more subsidiaries- Kavit Infoline Private Ltd, Kavit Swachh Organic Food Private Ltd, Kavit Edible Oil Ltd, and Kavit Infra Project Private Ltd. In 2019, Kavit Foods Private Ltd was added as the 5th subsidiary. The Board of the Company had inprincipally approved to raise funds of up to Rs. 25 Crores through issue of Equity shares or convertible equity warrants in 2017, but, due to overall business conditions, the implementation of this plan has been stayed until further notice.
