About Epigral Ltd

Meghmani Finechem Limited was incorporated in 2007 and is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and selling of Chlor Alkali and its Derivatives, as well as Agrochemicals and Pigments trading. Following the approval from the National Company Law Tribunal NCLT Ahmedabad Bench in May 2021, Meghmani Finechem Limited was demerged from Meghmani Organics in FY 2020-21, and is driven by the second generation of the Promoter family. The Company's Chlor Alkali business has grown from an installed capacity of 188,000 TPA in 2015 to 315,000 TPA. Investments in a Caustic Soda, Hydrogen Peroxide and a 36MW Captive Power Plant have further broadened the Company's manufacturing capacity, with the Payback from these investments being recovered in 45 years. In FY 2020-21, the Company announced the implementation of a 50,000TPA manufacturing facility for Epichlorohydrin ECH and 30,000TPA Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride CPVC. The facility is based on glycerin feedstock obtained from 100% renewable resources and is expected to be commissioned in the first quarter of the next financial year. The CPVC Resin project of 30,000TPA is likely to be commissioned by the second quarter of FY 2022-23.
