Easy Trip Planners Limited was formally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in India in 2008 and was later converted to a Public Limited Company in April 2019. Currently, it is one of the largest online travel agencies, providing end-to-end travel solutions and ancillary services such as travel insurance, visa processing and tickets for activities and attractions. It operates across three distinct distribution channels - B2C, B2B2C and B2E- and is supported by its hybrid platform comprising websites, mobile apps and a vast network of travel agents and a dedicated call centre. With over 1096400 hotels, 400 airlines, 59274 agents, 73400 hotels in India and more than 1023000 hotels outside India, Easy Trip Planners has positioned itself as a specialist in travel-related products and services. Additionally, they have entered into various alliances and partnerships, such as with banks, payment gateways, brands, APIs, etc. for cross-marketing their products and services and increasing their market presence. The company’s performance at different forums has been noteworthy, such as they won the Best Travel Booking App/Website in the Times Travel 2019 and SATTE Awards 2020, Certificate of Tech companies to watch out by Business World, World Business leader award at The Bizz Awards, Most Trusted brand in travel technology at the Global Iconic Awards and others.
