Company Information

Duke Offshore is an offshore engineering and oil production company established in 1985. It is based in Tarapur Maharashtra, India. It has an experienced team of offshore and underwater professionals and specialises in inspection services, hookup, commissioning offshore oil fields installations, and fabrication. Duke Offshore has entered an agreement with Merpro Process Technology UK to jointly market and produce their products. To finance this, it released a public issue in 1995. Their client list consists of notable companies such as ONGC, Bombay Port Trust, Tata Power House, Shipping Corporation of India, BPCL Refinery, Essar Oil, Hyundai Corporation, and more.
