About Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Ltd

Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Limited is a Public Limited Company, initially set up by Ramakant Inani and Srikant Inani and later joined by Rajkumar Inani and Dinesh Kankani. The company was established in 1987 and specializes in manufacturing cotton yarn by open end spinning process. With two open end machines of 336 rotors in 1989, the company successfully increased the installed capacity with an additional machine of 192 rotors in March 1994. As a result, the total capacity rose to 1387 MT per annum. The expansion programme has been completed successfully.
