About D.P. Abhushan Ltd

D. P. Abhushan Limited was formed in 2003 under the name of M/s D. P. Jewellers as a partnership firm between Mr. Ratanlal Kataria and Mr. Anil Kataria. In 2017, the partnership firm was changed to a public limited company and seven initial subscribers subscribed to the Memorandum of Association and became its promotors. Presently, 9 promoters manage and sustain the company's operations. D. P. Abhushan is engaged in the retail business of jewellery items made of gold, diamonds and platinum studded with precious stones as well as ornaments. These include rings, earrings, armlet, pendants, gajrahs, nose rings, necklaces, bangles and other wedding jewellery. The company has showrooms in four major Indian cities - Ratlam, Indore, Bhopal and Udaipur and it has plans to further expand its network with a new showroom in Indore. It also has an agreement with R.S Diamonds Pvt. Ltd. to sell their diamond jewellery under the brand of Divine Solitaires.
