Bhakti Gems & Jewellery Ltd (BGJL) was incorporated in 2010 and is engaged in the wholesale sale of gold jewellery and ornaments in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It sources its gold and silver from the bullion market and local market in Ahmedabad and outsources the manufacturing of jewellery to job workers in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. BGJL serves its customers through B2B marketing or direct/outbound marketing strategies and is known for its quality assurance, ethical trade practices, and timely delivery of products. As of March 2020, the company had a paid-up equity share capital of Rs.100,263,450 and issued 1,307,785 fully paid up equity shares as bonus.
