About Avalon Technologies Ltd

Avalon Technologies Limited is an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company providing a full-stack suite of products and solutions focusing on high-value, precision engineered products since 1999. Its services include PCB design and assembly, manufacture of Box Build, component and enclosure design, etc. across multiple industries. Avalon has 12 manufacturing units located in the US and India comprising of 65 production lines including 10 SMT lines, 12 THT lines and 43 assembly lines, as well as separate lines for sheet metal fabrication, machining, cable assembly and wire harnesses, magnetics and plastics. They are planning to come out with a public issue of Rs 1025crore Equity Shares through a Fresh Issue of Rs 400 crore and an Offer for Sale of Rs 625 crore.
