About Apollo Ingredients Ltd

Indsoya Ltd was incorporated in 1980 as Khedapati Investments Limited and upon its Certificate for Commencement of Business in November the same year, its Promoters chose to change the name to Indsoya Limited. The Company's operations include trading in Soya Deoiled Cake and Extraction. On 22 April 2021, the Board of Directors proposed a sub-division of the existing 1 equity share of Rs 10 to 2 equity shares of Rs 5 each. Subsequently, a Postal Ballot was initiated to gain approval from shareholders and information shall be made available once results are announced. Following the results of the ballot, the Company will proceed with the necessary formalities.
