About AMS Polymers Ltd

AMS Polymers Ltd Sai Moh Auto Links Ltd is a limited company established in 1985 with the main activity of trading chemical goods. In 2016, 947,900 of the equity shares of Rs. 10 each were canceled due to unpaid call money of Rs. 7.50 each. In March 2017, the Board of Directors approved the Arrangement of Amalgamation with Annu Industries Pvt. Ltd. Along with this, two new promoters, Mr. Anand Kumar and Mr. Arpit Goel acquired control of 858650 equity shares of Rs. 10 each which constituted 26.00 % of the paid-up capital of the Company. The Acquirers had intentions to enter chemical adhesive and specialty chemicals manufacturing and trading. In September 2016, the Company got listed with Bombay Stock Exchange with the intention to provide an opportunity to trade and liquidity in its shares to equity shareholders. Along with Bombay, the Company is also listed with Ahmedabad, Ludhiana and Delhi Stock Exchange. In 2018, the nature of the company's business activity was changed and chemical business was started. This was approved by shareholders via a Postal ballot and evoting results declared on 30th January 2018.
