About Allcargo Gati Ltd(Merged)

Gati Ltd is a leader in Express Distribution and Supply Chain Solutions in India. They offer specialized models of Road, Rail, Air and Sea transport. Established in 1995, the company launched innovative initiatives as the Third-Party Logistics in 1997, WorldWide Saver in 2004 and GatiWeb in 2003 to offer comprehensive logistics solutions. Gati Ltd has established state-of-the-art Express Distribution Centres, tied up with Indian Airlines for cost-effective transport and formed strategic alliances with different service providers in Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe and the US. In addition, they have opened Gati Gold and Gati Silver services, Gati Saver, and GatiWeb and recently launched the Coast-to-Coast direct service from Chennai to Yangon, Myanmar, and offices in Beijing, China and Singapore. They have also set up a Data Centre and Retail store in Hyderabad and Pune, and incorporated Gati Skyways, Gati Import-Export Trading and Gati Japan Ltd as Wholly owned Subsidiaries. Along with this, Gati Ltd acquired Kausar India Ltd and entered into a Strategic Sales Alliance with General Logistics System (GLS) of Europe. With plan to commission second Mega Mechantronic Express Distribution Centre in Hyderabad and set up additional Logistics facilities in the Northern, Eastern, Central, Western and Southern Zones, Gati Ltd is poised to have a stronger foothold in the logistics industry in the days to come.
