About Acutaas Chemicals Ltd

Ami Organics, an Indian research and development-driven manufacturer of specialty chemicals that provide varied end-usage, has grown to become a leading manufacturer of pharma intermediates for key APIs since it was initially founded as a partnership firm in Surat, India in 2004. It converted to a private limited company in 2007 and a public limited company in 2018. The 450 pharma intermediate products it manufactures are used to makes APIs and NCEs, with applications in high-growth therapeutic areas such as antiretroviral, anti-inflammatory, antipsychotic, anticancer, anti-Parkinson, antidepressant, and anticoagulant. The company issued a bonus share of 2:1 to existing shareholders on 31 March 2021 and also came out with an IPO in September 2021, moping up Rs. 570 crore. The shares are listed on BSE Ltd. and NSE since 14 September 2021.
