Today, it is led by Mr. Sanghavi and his son, Jaydev Virendra Sanghavi, and provides services to 135 clients and over 3000 employees on its payroll. They specialize in providing staffing, engineering, and Technical Manpower solutions to companies in the Oil & Gas, Power, Refinery/ Peto-chemical, Pipeline, and Infrastructure Sectors. Aarvi Encon aims to tailor its services to meet the unique needs of each client and offer innovative strategies to ensure their exposure to top-tier talent.
