Established in 1993, the company is SEBI registered Category1 Merchant Banker, providing merchant banking services, management consultancy, advisory services and financial restructuring. Over 200 clients, including Central & State Government, Private & Nationalized Banks, Financial Institutions & private corporations, trust the company for fund mobilization through debt equity, hybrid instruments & loan syndication. Over the years, the Company has built a strong brand and received international accolades for their excellent work, such as the IFR Asia Bond Deal of the Year 2006 Award. It has subsidiaries in India and Singapore–A.K. Stockmart Pvt Ltd, A.K. Capital Corporation Pvt Ltd, A.K. Capital Finance Pvt Ltd, A.K. Wealth Management Private Limited and A.K.Capital Singapore Pte Ltd. The company successfully managed debt issues to the tune of Rs 165 281 million in 2007-08 and have been ranked amongst the top 5 players in Private Placement of Fixed Income Instruments for 5 consecutive years. They are continuing to strengthen their brand and provide highest quality financial services to their clients.
