About Tidal Trust II

The fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks current income while providing indirect exposure to the share price (i.e., the price returns) of Hims & Hers Health Inc., which is generally subject to a limit on potential investment gains. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in securities and financial instruments that provide indirect exposure to HIMS.
