About Vasudhagama Enterprises Ltd

Ozone World Limited was incorporated in October 1989 and was previously known as Anand Lease and Finance Limited. The company mainly carries out real estate and trading of goods business but it had stopped activity related to leasing and finance in FY 2012-13. The company changed its name to Ozone World Limited in September 2013 and forfeited 217,100 partly paid-up equity shares in November 2014 i.e. transferring a sum of Rs 10,85,500 from the share capital account to the Capital Reserve Account. In March 2015, Jaipur Stock Exchange Limited approved the Company's exit and subsequently, in August 2015 the company applied to BSE Limited for direct listing of its 36,99,114 equity shares of Rs 10 each. Applying to SEBI circulars, BSE limited granted in-principle approval for the listing and trading of the company's equity shares with effect from August 25, 2015. The Company is now listed on Ahmadabad Stock Exchange and BSE Limited.
