Megasoft Limited is a technology company based in India, incorporated in 1999 and providing services worldwide which focuses mostly on the telecom sector. Under XIUSbcgi, it also offers outsourcing and backoffice services for product companies in the areas of PLM and ADMS. It has CMM Level 5 certification and operates in India, U.S., UK, Singapore, Malaysia and Germany. In 2000, it merged with Indus e solutions and acquired MCI in 2003 and XIUS India in 2004. In 2005, it acquired German IT Services Company beam AG and VisualSoft Technologies Limited in 2006. In 2007, it signed a multimillion multiyear ASP agreement with Keystone Wireless. It has unveiled BlueAlly for PLM and specialized Application Development & Maintenance Services and acquired Boston Communications Group Inc. with an aggregate purchase price of 65 million. Megasoft keeps innovating to deliver differentiated services to its customers.
