Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd (LMW) is a leading engineering company incorporated in 1962 by Mr. V.K.V.R.V. Rao. LMW is headquartered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

LMW is engaged in the manufacturing and export of textile spinning machinery, carding machines, auto coners, ring frames, and other related products. The company also manufactures and exports CNC machines, machine tools, and other engineering products. LMW is one of the largest manufacturers of spinning machinery in the world.
