About KMS Medisurgi Ltd

KMS Medisurgi Ltd was established in Mumbai in 1999 as KMS Medisurgi Private Ltd and later on converted to KMS Medisurgi Ltd in 2016. The company is involved in manufacturing of various substrates like non woven fabrics, PU films, cotton fabrics, taffeta silk fabrics with adhesive. It also provides ethical marketing and distribution of a range of medical devices, including surgical disposable haemostat, urology and orthopedic/physiotherapy equipment, surgery equipment, blood banking equipment, etc. in the country. In July 2016, 1,200,000 equity shares issued as bonus in a ratio of 1:1 to existing shareholders. In addition, 900,000 equity shares were issued to general public in April 2017 at a price of Rs. 30 per share and was subsequently listed on the SME Platform of BSE Limited on 24th April 2017.
