Company Information

KIFS Financial Services Limited (KFSL) is a publicly traded finance company based in India, incorporated since 1995. The company offers capital market products such as margin trading, loan against shares, Initial/Follow-up Public Offerings and funding for retail applications. For implementation of its expansion plan, KFSL has registered itself as an investment advisor with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) classified KFSL as a Loan Company in 1998. Although, the company claimed its registration as a SEBI Investment Advisor in 2013, it was surrendered in 2015.
