About Gayatri Projects Ltd

Gayatri Projects Ltd. is one of the leading infrastructure companies operating across India, executing civil works, construction of roads, bridges, airports and undertaking various industrial and mining projects. Established in 1989, the company has a portfolio of strong clients such as NHAI, Irrigation Department and Airport Authority of India. It also has three subsidiary companies and have received ISO 9001 & 90012000 Quality Certificates from Amercian Quality Assurance International LLC. During 2015, the paid up Equity Share Capital increased to Rs. 33.83 crore following allotment of 3.6 million equity shares to Foreign Institutional Investors. In 2016, Gayatri Projects launched the Sembcorp Gayatri Power Complex, India’s largest foreign direct investment-driven project at a cost of USD 3 billion or Rs. 20,000 crore. In 2017, it acquired 100% shareholding of M/s Gayatri Infra Ventures Limited and formed a composite scheme of arrangement with its shareholders. Pursuant to the notification of Section 230 of Companies Act 2013 by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the NCLT Hyderabad sanctioned Composite Scheme of Arrangement in 2017 and it was effective from 23rd November 2017. In 2018, the company issued & allotted 9.94 million equity shares through QIP according to SEBI ICDR Regulations & demerged its BOT road portfolio into Gayatri Highways. It also executed the Eastern Peripheral Expressway package 6 ahead of schedule using Digital Project Management System and received appreciation from NHAI.
