About EKI Energy Services Ltd

EKI Energy Services Limited is a Public Limited Company that offers climate change and sustainability advisory solutions and carbon offsetting services. Founded by Mr. Manish Kumar Dabkara in 2011, the company has a ground presence in more than 10 countries, working with over 2000 clients from the private and government sectors. EKI Energy Services provides services in relation to validation, registration, monitoring, verification, issuance, and trading of carbon credits projects in accordance with CDM Clean Development Mechanism/ VCS Verified Carbon Standard Project, Business Excellence Advisory services, training, and carbon trading services. Additionally, the company also provides Electrical Safety Audits and is further bolstered by ISO 9001:2015 certification, ESCO grading from Bureau of Energy Efficiency, and membership with IETA and CDP. By 2020, the company had allotted 5000000 bonus shares in a ratio of 100:1, and in 2021, secured the Best Broker and Best Trading Company Award from the Environmental Finance. On 16th March 2021, the company issued an initial public offer of 1824000 equity shares at a premium of Rs. 92 per share and the entire post-issue capital of Rs. 6.87 crores was listed at the BSE SME Platform in April 2021.
