About Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust

Tower Infrastructure Trust (Tower InvIT/Trust) was created on 31 January 2019 by Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings Limited, conforming to the Indian Trusts Act 1882 and Securities and Exchange Board of India Infrastructure Investment Trusts Regulations 2014 (SEBI InvIT Regulations). It has the objectives of raising funds, making investments/reinvestments according to given documents, and making distributions to unit holders. The Trust has one asset - Summit Digitel Infrastructure Private Limited (SDIPL), which is engaged in Tower Infrastructure Business. The Trust has issued 251.15 crores units at Rs. 100 each, and are listed on BSE Limited since 01 September 2020. SDIPL has partnerships with major telecom infrastructure providers and mobile network operators, besides opening up opportunities to collaborate with other MNOs and internet service providers, for leasing the company’s existing asset base.
