About Brooks Laboratories Ltd

Brooks Laboratories Ltd is an esteemed pharmaceutical manufacturing company that has established plants in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh and Vadodara, Gujarat. The Vadodara facility was approved by the European Medicine Agency, and the company’s product portfolio consists of 28 injectables, 19 tablets and 2 dry syrups that are catered to the critical care segment. They are sourced from suppliers like Rajasthan Antibiotics Ltd, Aurobindo Pharma Ltd, DSM Anti Infectives Ltd and Qilu Pharmaceutical Company Ltd, and served to clients like Zydus Cadila, Aristo Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, FDC Ltd, Nectar Lifesciences Ltd and Sanat Products Ltd.

Brooks Laboratories Ltd was established in January 2002 and it started operations and commercial production in May and June 2006 respectively. It obtained an ISO 9001:2008 Certificate in August 2007 and an Import License from Drugs Controller General of India in October 2006. On August 2011, they raised Rs. 63 crore through IPO and their shares officially listed on stock exchanges in September 2011.

Their current manufacturing facility at Baddi is 100% operational, with world class dedicated carbapenem facility in Vadodara Plant which commenced activity on 7 March 2017. Baddi facility was upgraded in June 2017 for 3 months, and production in injectable line resumed from September onwards. Finally, production commenced in August 2017 in the renovated building and was almost double than the previous line.
