About BCL Enterprises Ltd

BCL Enterprises Limited was incorporated in 1985 and is engaged in the business of investment in securities, providing loans and advances. During the FY 2014-15, three subsidiaries Harit Tredelink Limited, Danta Tradelink Limited and Kalkin Probuild Limited ceased to be affiliated with the company. In 2016-17, five more subsidiaries DH Impex Limited, M A Marker Services Private Limited, Psav Marketing Limited, Quad Infratech Limited and Sri Krishna Agro Enterprises Limited were discontinued. During the same year, the company purchased shares of 14 companies and got its shares listed with the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Ltd. with effect from 5thJanuary 2015 and the BSE Ltd from 4thFebruary 2016. Subsequently, Aedos Consultancy Limited, Northwind Cool Blowers Limited and MA Makers Services Private Limited have been taken off the list of affiliates, while Quad Infratech Limited had to be ceased to be subsidiary of the company in 2018-19.
