The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to generate attractive current income while providing protection against rising interest rates (i.e., an interest rate hedge). The fund invests primarily in interest-only mortgage-backed securities ("MBS IOs") and U.S. Treasury bonds.
