Kolkata based Jewellery maker Senco Gold commenced its initial public offering (IPO) on July 4, 2023 and biddings are open until July 6, 2023. The IPO was subscribed 69% in the first day of bidding, with it receiving bids for 65.28 lakh equity shares against an IPO size of 94.18 lakh shares.

The IPO will run until July 6, 2023. Investors are required to buy the shares in a lot size of 47 shares.

Senco Gold Ltd operates a retail chain of jewellery stores in India. The Company offers products made from gold, platinum, diamond, silver, and astrological stones. The Company is primarily engaged in selling gold and diamond jewelry and also jewelry made of silver, platinum, and precious and semi-precious stones and metals.

The Company has over 93 showrooms in India covering 255,284 square feet in more than 72 cities and towns. The Company provides its products under the brand name Senco Gold and Diamonds and through its franchised showrooms.
