Company Information

Crown Tours Limited is a public company founded in 1989, dealing in Tour Operations and sale of precious and semi-precious stones. In 2015, a dispute regarding a Service Tax demand of Rs 22.63 lakhs was resolved in favor of the company, with a partial demand of Rs 0.86 lakhs which was subsequently deposited. In September 2015, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) issued regulations, applicable from December 2015, regarding Listing Agreements which the company followed in February 2016. As part of diversifying the business activities, Crown Tours initiated jewellery business activities through its business unit 'Crown Gems' from 23 September 2016.
