Company Information

Upsurge Investment & Finance Ltd was established in 1994 with the aim of providing finance and investment business activities. Its initial paid up capital was Rs 3.25 million, and after its successful public offer in 1995, the company's shares were listed in five different stock exchanges the very next year. Though, due to SEBI Delisting of Securities Guidelines 2003 and company's voluntary delisting, its equity shares were delisted from two stock exchanges in 2003 and 2004, respectively.
