TTK Healthcare is a part of the TTK Group which is a conglomerate of companies operating in various industries. Incorporated in 1958, the company specializes in pharmaceuticals, hospital care products, as well as consumer products and food division which manufactures shoe polishes and snacks. Through it's agreements with several international corporations such as London International KaliChemi and HatuICO Spain, the company exports its products across the world, including the US, Egypt, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Caribbean. The company has created a premium rights issue of Rs 35 for Rs 5.81 cr to fund working capital needs and product promotion. TTK Healthcare has been certified with ISO 14001 and 90012000 standards, and merged with M/s Mentholatum India Pvt. Ltd and TTK Maps and Publications in 1995 and 2000 respectively. To further restructure, the paper division of the company and the bulk drugs formulations facility at Hyderabad has been disposed off. Through these restructuring measures and other initiatives, TTK Healthcare continues to remain a leader in the industry.
