Transwarranty Finance Ltd is a financial services and investment banking company that was established in 1994 by Mr. Kumar Nair. It is a Reserve Bank of India registered Non Banking Financial Services Company (NBFC) offering services in trade finance, corporate finance, and investment banking. Initially providing fund based leasing and hire purchase services to mid-size companies and retail clients, the company changed its focus to providing retail loans to individuals for consumer goods which proved successful with a strong presence in Mumbai and its suburbs. Currently, the company's revenue consists of fee based services such as corporate advisory services, foreign exchange advisory, BPO, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management services. Private equity arrangements have also been made with leading companies such as Godrej, Tata, and Mahindra group, and a large number of mid-cap and large-cap companies from a wide cross-section of industries. Domestically and internationally, the company has a few private equity deals in the pipeline.
