Suumaya Lifestyle Limited was incorporated in 2011 as Richway Infrastructure Limited and the name was later changed to Richway International Trade Limited in 2014. BSE Limited approved a Postal Ballot from the shareholders in 2017, which resulted in the company voluntarily delisting from the Institutional Trading Platform. The company was then changed to Suumaya Lifestyle Limited and was taken over by the current promoters with 30 years of experience in the textile business. In April 2017, Suumaya Lifestyle Limited acquired Suumaya Fashions, and took on the assets and liabilities of the company. Suumaya Fashions dealt with a wide range of products including designer kurtis, ethnic tops, salwar suits, dress materials, sarees, garments for men, women and kids, along with sports and activewear. Suumaya Lifestyle Limited now focuses on providing designer apparel from kurtis to salwar suits, along with a range accessories and dailywear items.
