Saven Technologies is a software development and consultancy firm, initially incorporated as Pennar Infotech in 1993. The company specializes in software development and offers a Sun Authorized Java Training Center. They are now launching a public issue of 36 lakh equity shares in December, 2020. The company has planned to set up Software Development Centers in the USA and UK and will be investing 7.59 crores in total for these projects. Last year, their profits were 1.15 crores on revenue of 6.95 crores and in 1999 their net profits were 0.80 crores on revenue of 3.08 crores. The company is now targeting wireless applications such as software development for mobile phone dialing, voice synthesis and activation. It has also recently made joint ventures in the United States and United Kingdom to promote and develop solutions in internet applications, client server technology, embedded systems, and wireless technologies. The share capital of the company has increased from 2.54 crores to 9.97 crores.
