Porwal Auto Components Ltd (PACL) was incorporated in 1992 and provides comprehensive autocomponents manufacturing services, specialising in S.G. Ductile Iron Grey Cast Iron and Steel Castings and Components for Automobile Engineering, Railway Applications, Pumps and Valves, Agriculture, and Tractor Equipment. Mr. Surendra Jain, Mr. Devendra Jain, and Mr. Mukesh Jain assumed promotional roles for the Company. In order to facilitate meeting quality and resource standards, PACL has been certified with ISO/TS 16949:2002. They have also expanded from an initial installed capacity of 6,600 tonnes per annum to an upgraded 9,000 tonnes capacity, with plans to further increase to 27,600 tonnes through expansion throughout 2008. To complement these expansions, PACL has effectively leveraged 8,000,000 equity shares, 4,300,000 of which was allocated to the promtorial group and the remaining 3,700,000 to Porwal Finsec Pvt. Ltd. as a non-promotional Company. In 2013-14, the Company launched a solar power generation unit in its Tarana Ujjain, M.P. location for captive consumption.
