Company Information

ICICI Securities Ltd is a leading integrated technology-based securities firm offering a range of financial services, including retail and institutional broking, financial product distribution, private wealth management, and issuer and advisory services. It is one of the pioneers in the ebrokerage business and is the largest equity broker in India since 2014, as measured by brokerage revenue and active customers. ICICI Securities has a 3in1 account which links its electronic brokerage platform with customers' savings bank and dematerialised accounts held with ICICI Bank. Their services and products range from equities, derivatives and research to third-party products like mutual funds, insurance products, fixed deposits, and more. Institutional investors are serviced through dedicated sales teams and the Company provides them with a variety of financial advisory services, such as financial planning, equity portfolio advisory, access to alternative investments, retirement planning and estate planning. ICICI Securities was incorporated in 1995 and has been continuously expanding its services ever since. In FY 2020, the Company launched “One Click Investment Plan” and “Automated Integrated Portfolio Evaluation”, while in FY 2021, it launched “Premium Portfolios” and “Commodity Derivatives Trading”. As of March 31 2022, ICICI Securities has two subsidiaries: ICICI Securities Inc. and ICICI Securities Holdings Inc. subsidiary of ICICI Securities Inc.
