Upcoming IPOs in July
We are halfway through the year, and compared to last year, the number of IPOs this year has been muted. Compared to the 2021 total count of 65 listings, this year, at the halfway mark, the number is 15.
The reasons for the low IPO count are obvious. The overall market situation is not favourable to equity investors. Hence companies are delaying the IPO. The share price has fallen considerably post-listing for most companies listed this year.
Even though the first half was not that great for IPO investors, the second half looks promising, and some big names are planning to launch their IPO. Below are some companies that plan to move with their IPO in July.
